The Delivery Guys Inc. is far more than your average courier!  Our Windsor, St. Catharine's and Kitchener-Waterloo branches have been established so that we can achieve our mission to be a trusted partner in our customers' distribution team, to provide professional and positive customer service experience on time and on budget and to be a conscientious and supportive community partner.  We believe that people are the most important part of our daily activity and we focus on providing a positive working experience where everyone can thrive and succeed long term.  Our purpose is to ensure that your deliveries and warehousing are executed on time, in tact and with care. 

We provide same business day and rush/emergency deliveries for your important products, documents, parcels, skids and special orders.  Our Head Office is located in Kitchener, Ontario & we have locations in both Windsor and St. Catharines, Ontario as well.  The Delivery Guys Inc. has been in the Courier Logistics business for over 19 years.  We pride ourselves on being fully  insured and bonded and our dispatch service is run by professional and conscientious staff that ensure ridiculously reliable service. ​

​For deliveries or courier service in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Windsor, St. Catharines and corresponding surrounding areas, we offer the following delivery options:
  • Stat (Direct)
  • Rush
  • Same Day
For Expedited Out of Town deliveries, we provide 2 hour or STAT (Direct Drive) delivery options. 

We also offer Warehousing in our Kitchener and Windsor locations/

Domestic or International- we’ve got it covered!  We have partnered with one the largest and best international next day courier in the world to complete theses deliveries for you!  We receive volume discounts that we pass on to you.

​Co-Founders


​The Delivery Guys Inc. was established in 1999 by Brent and Rebecca Hempey.  Brent was introduced to the shipping/courier industry through his career in Retail Management.  Being entrepreneurs at heart, they saw an opportunity for a business; to create a courier that brings the level of customer service Brent had been training his staff on in the retail setting to the courier industry.  This combination has paid off for The Delivery Guys Inc. and they are excited to move full speed ahead into the next decade of business.

With a young family and a bright future ahead of them, Brent and Rebecca are focussed on the companies vision.  One that creates a company that withstands the test of time, through supporting the community, creating a vibrant culture for its employees and partners, earns the trust of its customers, and executes efficient systems and procedures during their daily operations.

We use only professional and uniformed drivers to service all our accounts.  Our drivers pride themselves on being the best in the business.

Equipment
We have a fleet of different vehicles including cars, pickups, minivans, cargo vans, straight trucks, and flatbed at our disposal to address your delivery needs.  Please contact us to see how we can help.

Technology
Our custom courier software and company server allow us to track our customers shipments in real time.  By using GPS embedded in our trucks and PTT technology we can communicate with our drivers to trace your deliveries online and live via digital communications.
